Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.

Note:

Special order parts may take longer to process and will take longer than 1-3 business days to dispatch. Special order parts will be noted in the description of the part on our website.

Backorder parts will be shipped when they become available. If you have any queries regarding the status of your order or the availability of any parts, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We ship nationwide in New Zealand only. If you would like to order a part outside of New Zealand please contact us and alternative shipping arrangements may be made.


 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our workshop at 46 Webb Street, Te Aro. After placing your order and selecting ‘local pickup’ at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days, unless specified as a special order. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


 

Click and Fit

If you would like to order a part online for us to fit, select the ‘click and fit’ option at checkout. We will contact you within 1-3 business days with a fitting quote and organise a booking time. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this process or would like a fitting quote before purchasing a product.


 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@sutherlandperformance.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Oils and other liquid products must be unopened with all seals still intact and any other parts such as connected funnels must be in original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@sutherlandperformance.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
